We had decided to do Commercial Garage Doors but ended up shutting the doors on our business after this one job due to health issues.
It is in excellent condition and starts immediately with no issues.

stored in a climate controlled storage unit.
Cosmetically - (we should have wiped it down before the photos) it's probably a 8/9 out of 10.
